Hi, I’m Danielle
I offer mobile personal training for adults 40 plus who want to feel stronger, more confident, and more capable, without gym culture, group training, pressure, or judgement.
My sessions gently focus on:
Building strong bones and a strong heart
Improving balance and stability
Strength for everyday movement
Confidence in how your body moves
Helping your body react quickly and safely if you trip or lose balance
I work with people who:
Feel nervous or overwhelmed by gyms or groups
Want training that supports real life, not aesthetics
Are managing injuries, pain, or health conditions
Want encouragement, not yelling
Sessions are one on one, or you can train with a buddy, and are tailored specifically to you. We train at your home or in a local outdoor space, wherever you feel most comfortable.
